Before you begin, Capital Region asks that you please read through the following instructions:
Instructions for Online Registration
At this time you cannot select DI eXtreme or Project Outreach as
Challenges in the Online Registration Tool. Please email the
webmaster if you need to enter teams for either of these challenges.
If you have any other questions before getting started, please do not contact the webmaster. Instead, please contact your district representative.
You must have a current membership number to register with Capital
Region CPSO except DI eXtreme.
DI eXtreme teams will all use passport #750-00000. If you do not
have a current membership, you must logon to www.ShopDI.org to obtain a passport from Destination ImagniNation, Inc.
unless your team is doing DI eXtreme.
If your campus has more than one team, you must include your
team number in your school name. i.e. McNeil HS 1, McNeil HS 2, etc.
Text fields marked with an asterisk are required. Information must be entered in these fields.
Age and grade level must be entered for all team members. Please enter a numerical number only, for instance:
If you choose to provide appraisers, we must have all contact information.
If you choose not to provide appraisers, you will be charged a
penalty fee of $100 for each appraiser that you didn't provide.
Please double-check all information before you submit registration.
Press the submit registration button once.
After submitting the registration form, the following page will tell you how much money you need to send to Capital Region CPSO. Print yourself two copies of this form, one for yourself and one to send to Capital Region CPSO with your check. Address is on the form.
Please, note that teams that are not part
of a bulk discount membership pak, are eligible for a $20 discount.
The online registration system will not calculate this. Remember to
deduct the discount from the total amount if you are eligible for
it. If in doubt, check with your coordinator. (Teams from Eanes ISD,
Leander ISD, Pflugerville ISD & Round Rock ISD are not eligible for
this discount.)
Once we receive your check, your team will be posted on the Capital Region CPSO website designated for teams who are fully registered.
Reminder! Complete registration requires payment in full for all team and
appraiser fees shown on the form postmarked by Dec 15, 2008. Late
registration must be postmarked by Jan 12, 2009 and will cost $100. It is the team manager's responsibility to check the website to see that form and funds have been received by Capital Region CPSO. You will not be notified if we don’t receive your funds with your registration!
